I'm editing the comment I made 3 years ago (I'm leaving it below for the record): February 2025: The atmosphere has never been their strong suit, so I'm overlooking it. The service is fairly fast if you order in the restaurant (phone calls take longer), but that's not the most important thing for me either. The food has now dropped in quality; the durum tortilla is drier and chewier, they've changed the filling and it's not as generous. When I ordered the menu, the fries no longer come with sauce (you have to pay extra), and the quantity of fries is smaller. The prices haven't gone up much, so if your choice is based on money, none of the above will bother you. I paid more for the kebab I had in 2022. I'm deleting it from my list of favorites. 2022: The Durum Menu is very good. The durum is huge and tastes good. Don't expect much from the place, but they have good prices, and the photo speaks for itself.

We're talking about possibly the best kebab in Madrid. I've been to numerous renowned kebab shops in Madrid, and few, if any, can match this kebab. I'd like to emphasize the fact that the durums are incredibly stuffed, and you have a hard time finishing them for a very low price (I'm the only one of my friends who usually finishes them with that, and that says it all). It's also worth mentioning that I come here once a week (and because I have to force myself not to come more often), accompanied by my friends and my girlfriend, who share this same opinion about the place. The place is ugly, sometimes it smells funny and you can get a clerk who doesn't even understand Spanish at all, but they give you so much, so good and so cheap that it's well worth it. A good kebab is always ugly. It's 4 euros and they give you some chips or a drink and a piece of durum that you probably won't even be able to finish and you'll have to take it home, it costs a lot. On top of that, it's delicious, one of the best I've ever tried. Highly recommended overall, despite the conditions. Your stomach and pocket will thank you.

Papi is the best. There's not much to say about this place because it speaks for itself. It's always packed, but you don't have to wait long. I get the feeling it's a "cheaper, bigger, bigger, attracts more customers" policy, and it works perfectly. My kids and I are huge customers of this place.

It's a crazy place, good and cheap, they serve you a kebab as big as your head and on top of that it's delicious, every time I pass by here I get one.

I often go for a fried chicken and Coca-Cola combo. This combo is what we all eat at home. It's delicious. And it tastes good.
